Our Duplication facilities offer a very high quality finished product.  We duplicate using state-of-the-art Pioneer CD & DVD burners and offer full-colour thermal printing direct to the disc surface (no stickers used).  To complete the package we offer full-colour digital printing of all paper parts and a variety of packaging solutions to suit your needs.

Duplication is ideal for runs of up to 500 units and Troy Horse has no minimum quantity for orders. If you require larger quantities we recommend you visit our Replication page.

Edge-to-edge printing 
Our thermal disc printing enables you to print from disc edge to disc edge and on the hub so you can design imagery to take full advantage of the entire surface area.

	Full-colour Printing on Disc
	Our thermal printing process first prints to a multi-layer clear film which is then permanently fused on to the disc surface. This unique printing process produces sharper images with greater detail, on media you can rely on.
	Remarkable print resolution
	You can see the difference. The technology we use offers higher print resolution than silk-screen printing – even higher than typical magazine printing. And printed images are permanent. Now you can print discs at the same level of image quality as printed packaging and support materials.

Unprecedented durability
When you get your discs printed at Troy Horse the result is high-resolution surface imagery that is UV protected, scratch-proof, fade-resistant, waterproof and virtually indestructible throughout the life of the disc.

Media

The CD-R media used by Troy Horse hold up to 700MB of data (audio, video, CD-Rom etc.).  For best results, Troy Horse recommends no more than 74 minutes playing time on an Audio CD.

DVD-R is currently the format most compatible with the majority of DVD players and can hold up to 4.7GB of data. We also offer Dual Layer duplication on DVD-R media with a capacity of 8.5GB.
