Online Fulfilment Facilities

Troy Horse offers an Online Fulfilment service which enables you to sell your goods and services automatically online. You can accept payment from clients using credit card or PayPal and you don't have the worry and expense of setting up a merchant facility. We have implemented this online facility to process sales of books, CD's, DVD's amongst other products and can offer the digital delivery of audio, video and data files using the system.

If your goods are 'real-world' i.e. not offered as a digital download, Troy Horse takes care of the packing and shipment of your goods to any location on the planet.

Here is how it works

Troy Horse integrates an automated online sales facility with your existing site. If you do not have an existing website we can build one for you.

If you have a number of products that you want to sell online a customised shopping cart will be installed to match your sites appearance. Your customers simply select the products or services they require by using our integrated buttons and proceed to a secure checkout facility.

The checkout facility utilises industry standard encryption to protect your customers payment information and is again built to match the appearance of your site. Using our Online Fulfilment Service saves you the significant costs involved in acquiring your own secure protocol. Using this approach gives your customers a secure and seamless purchasing experience from selection, to payment, and confirmation of their purchase.

Once a purchase has been made we process the payment through our existing merchant facility again saving you the cost and hassle of setting one up. We then either pack and ship your 'real-world' goods to the customer, or, enable the digital delivey of the goods if they are in a digital form. 

Your investment

Your investment will be a one off set up charge to integrate the code and graphics required into your site. Once it has been set up there are no ongoing charges for the system. Basically, if you don't sell anything using the system you do not pay anything more than the set up costs. We only charge a packing and/or delivery fee when you sell items and at your discretion this cost can be borne by the customer.
