DVD Authoring

DVD Authoring is the process of compiling video footage, still images and audio onto the DVD-Video format.

The most popular use of DVD-Video is for feature film distribution but the format offers the ability to include content such as image slideshows with audio as well as functionality to handle corporate presentations.

Part of the process is taking raw video footage and compressing it to fit onto either single-layer (4.7GB capacity) or dual-layer (8.5GB capacity) dvd discs. We utilise the latest compression algorithms to ensure the highest quality output of your converted footage.

Menu design and navigation are services we also offer as part of the DVD authoring process. This enables you to break your project down to manageble sections and offer the user a way to easily navigate to the content they require.

Sophisticated motion menus, chapter selection, slideshows, subtitles, and multi-audio streams are some of the many features our experienced team offer.
